What you share

When you contact Frelyn, you may share your name, email, phone number, province, the topic you want to discuss and a preferred time to meet. Frelyn can also save notes, appointment details and follow-up dates in her private workspace.

Please do not send medical information, policy numbers, applications, identification documents, payment details or detailed financial records through this website.

How Frelyn uses it

Frelyn uses your details to reply, arrange a conversation and remember when to follow up. You may receive an automatic email from her business address with next steps or a booking link. She does not add you to a marketing list.

Who handles it

Frelyn and authorized workspace users can access contact records. SEE CHANGE may access the system as needed to provide technical support and maintenance. Service providers process data for hosting, database storage, sign-in and, when connected, request replies and appointment invitations.

The current database is hosted in the United States. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of those jurisdictions.

Sign-in and external services

The private workspace uses cookies to keep authorized users signed in. Hosting and authentication services may record technical information, such as request times, network addresses and sign-in activity, to operate and protect the service.

If you open a Google booking page, meeting or another external service, that provider’s privacy notice also applies. Creating or updating a calendar invitation shares the attendee and appointment details needed for that invitation with Google and its recipients.

Your choices

You can ask Frelyn to stop following up, correct your contact details, or ask about accessing or deleting your information. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.

For help with a privacy request, email SEE CHANGE at sc@seechangebusiness.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We’ll work with Frelyn when the request involves her contact records. Please do not attach identification, policy documents or other sensitive records to your first email.
