This website shares general information. It is not a personal insurance or financial recommendation. Available services and products depend on licensing, eligibility, underwriting, policy terms and availability.

Sending a request does not start, change or cancel insurance coverage. Quotes and applications are handled through approved insurance processes. For policy changes, claims or payments, contact your advisor or insurer through their usual channels.

Consultations and appointments

A preferred time submitted on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Check the invitation or confirmation you receive for the agreed date, time and joining details. Contact Frelyn if you need to change your appointment.

Using the private workspace

Only invited, authorized users may sign in. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell SEE CHANGE if you suspect unauthorized access. Use the workspace for contact details, relationship notes, follow-ups and appointments. Do not upload or record policies, applications, medical information, payment-card details or other sensitive insurance records.

External services

Booking pages, video meetings, email and other linked services may be provided by Google or another provider. Their availability, subscriptions and terms apply separately. A link to a service does not mean every feature is connected to this workspace.

Service and billing agreements

An advisor’s website and CRM setup, monthly charges, support, ownership and handover arrangements are governed by the separate agreement with SEE CHANGE. These website terms do not enroll anyone in a subscription or authorize a payment.
